EHP Partnership on Health Sector Climate Action
Die EHP Partnership for health sector climate action setzt sich zum Ziel die Umsetzung der Budapest Declaration, des COP26‐Health‐Programms und der ATACH Initiative in den Ländern der WHO European Region zu unterstützen. Österreich trat dieser EHP Partnership bei der 7. Ministerkonferenz in Budapest im Juli 2023 bei.
Die Partnership organisiert jährlich zwei virtuelle thematische Meetings zu Klimaschutz bzw. Klimawandelanpassung und Gesundheit. Die Teilnahme ist für interessierte Organisationen und Entscheidungstragende kostenlos.

EHP Partnership on Health Sector Climate Action
The WHO/Europe European Environment and Health Process (EHP) aims to integrate the topic of climate into the health sector at a strategic and implementation level. The EHP Partnership for health sector climate action aims to support the implementation of the Budapest Declaration, the COP26 Health Program and the ATACH initiative in the countries of the WHO European Region. Austria joined this EHP Partnership at the 7th Ministerial Conference in Budapest in July 2023. Apart from Austria, the following countries are currently participating: Ireland (lead), Belgium, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway and the UK. The partnership organizes two virtual deep dive meetings per year on climate change mitigation and adaptation topics relevant for the health sector. Participation is free of charge for interested organizations and decision-makers.
